Rigatoni Bolognese , The Base was made with Garlic,Onion,Shallot,Celery,Parsley,Carrots,Red Peppers and Mushrooms.
Seasoned with simple Himalayan Sea Salt and Ground Pepper. I added the Fresh Basil and Italian Provolone Cheese to the top.
The end result was a mouthwatering tasty pasta.  I Love Pasta!!!
